Gentle Folk are based in Adelaide Hills, Australia. They use minimal intervention when making their wines and believe that the grapes and season reflect the best styles within the wine.

This one of a kind wine is a blend of 23 different varietals - the result is a fun, distinctive mixture of a dose of acidity from the white varietals with raspberry notes and a certain cinnamon spiciness from the reds. Definitely a fast seller!
