HOW TO USE

• In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 oz. (30 ml.); of Deepshine Blonde Gentle Lightening Cream with 2 oz. (60 ml.); of the appropriate Deepshine Shine Enhancing Cream Developer (10, 20, 30, or 40 Volume); depending on the level of lift desired.
• On-Scalp Application:
• Use only with 10 or 20 Volume Deepshine Shine Enhancing Cream Developer.
• Off-Scalp Application:
• Use with the desired Deepshine Shine Enhancing Cream Developer, with foils or cap.
